$150 One resource (support) group session
$225 Van transportation to and from our clinic or a social event
$350 One visit to our ALSA-certified Clinic at Pennsylvania Hosptial or Hershey Medical Center
$550 Lightweight wheelchair
$1,300 A "Link" communication device
$4,000 Lightwriter(R) communication device
